Huy Fong Sriracha Sauce
Huy Fong's Sriracha Sauce has a complicated history - based on a Thai recipe and manufactured in California, it was invented by a Chinese immigrant from Vietnam who came into the U.S. onboard a Taiwanese freight ship via Hong Kong. It's taste, however, is more straightforward - spicy and tangy with a delicate acidity.
